Co-organized by the GOLF4ALL Golf Club and HFI Parent Group, the HFI International Day Charity Golf Cup embraced its third edition this year. Students were given a temporary respite from their academic burdens and enjoyed some parent-child fun at the event. Apart from gaining a sense of accomplishment, the long-running tradition also acted as a way for these young aspiring teens to give back to society.

Mr. Zhu Zhidong, head of HFI, said that the charity golf tournaments over the past two years have raised over 100,000 yuan, which have all been donated to the Guangzhou Children's Social Welfare Home. Students, parents, and teachers can enjoy the competition while having the chance to create a better living environment for children in the welfare home.

Mr. Zou Youping, sponsor of the tournament, expressed that such charity campaigns are sowing the seeds of love and kindness among teenagers. When HFI students study across the world in the future, the seeds sowed today will grow and prosper globally tomorrow.

As for these young golfers, the competition granted them something precious beyond the classroom: the consolidation of teamwork, friendship, and a sense of social responsibility.
